Our Simple 10-Step Vehicle Import Process
1. Requirement Identification
We begin with a detailed discussion to understand your exact vehicle needs, backed by recent auction statistics for informed decision-making
4. Cost Breakdown
We provide a detailed cost breakdown immediately after receiving your advance payment, ensuring the final price fully matches our original quotation
2. Quotation
We provide a tailored quotation for your chosen vehicle based on your preferences and budget
5. Auction Bidding
We bid on your behalf, sharing daily updates, auction sheets, and photos. We only proceed with your acknowledgment before placing bids
3. Advance Payment
To start bidding, an advance payment is required: Advance amounts may vary based on the final estimated price. Note: Advance payments are tied to the winning bid and are non-refundable under any circumstances once the bid is successful
6. Letter of Credit (LC)
EOnce you win, you must open an LC within three working days. Ensure your TIN is ready
7. Shipment Arrangement
Shipment is arranged within 2–3 weeks after LC confirmation
9. Customs Clearance
Duty payment and clearance times may vary depending on port activity
8. Shipping & Arrival
Your vehicle arrives at the Sri Lanka port within approximately 6-8 weeks, including shipping time
10. Vehicle Delivery
Delivery to the doorstep or handover near the port, based on the customer’s preference
